Changing Colors of Nature

Autumn is ready to pass,
Winter is all set to come,
Time to bid adieu to those lovely colorful leaves -
Some weathered, some fallen, some blown away by the storm.
Time to welcome the falling flakes of snow -
Slow and light, pure and bright
Messenger of winter – cool and fresh
Get the fireplace ready for fires,
Now, let's have some long leisure talks,
Sitting by the fireplace at late night
When snow flakes are falling on slate roofs
Hmm, now, every little thing is enthralling me,
The smell of Christmas pies,
Air filled with Christmas carols,
Santa is sure to bring me my favorite present;
Countless winters had passed, waiting for my soulful gift,
Surely, my wait is over.
Nature keeps changing color all over the year -
Sometimes green, sometimes yellow,
Sometimes blue, and sometimes white.
With all along its changing color I try hard to stay along,
To keep myself tuned with changing colors
Sometimes too hard, sometimes even too harder,
The stories of the disdainful heart are over,
The memories of the burdensome heart is to recover.
Now, memories and I are no more separate
Mingled into my soul, no one can pirate.
People come people go
Seasons come seasons go
Nothing new, nothing old,
Life must go on.
